The Just Add Ink Challenge this week has been suggested by Kelly and challenges us to create a project that uses a “Birthday” set for ‘Christmas” projects. Being halfway through the year, it’s a great time to start getting you Christmas cards underway……so have a look at your Birthday Stamps and challenge yourself to use them in a different way.
Here are the cards that I made:
I used the Number of Years stamp set for both of these cards. It’s hard to see in my pic, but the one below has dots of glitter in each of the flowers. So, once you have created you project with a twist share it with us at Just Add Ink.
Loving all the red and green elements. The spray of flowers across the front is beautiful and I love the Christmas greeting through the middle of that. Very Christmassy. Rochelle xo
Your cards are fabulous! The mix of red and green is lovely. I never would have thought to have used those flowers on a Christmas card, but they look amazing.
These are both lovely Chantell! Love the sprays of foliage with the festive red blooms and the gleaming silver ribbon! xxx
These are both fabulous Chantell! So clever to use these pretty foliage stamps to create poinsettias and I love how you’ve created a cascade of them in these traditional Christmassy colours! xx
So pretty Chantell. I love the the number of years blooms used this way, very effective and clever. xx
Fabulus job! This card looks like it’s made with a Christmas set, so well done on pulling this together so well!
These cards are so traditional & beautiful Chantell it’s hard to believe they are made using a birthday set. Fabulous work! Kelly x
