JAI # 249 – Sketch Challenge!

The Just Add Ink Challenge this week is a Sketch Challenge, provided by Tina.

I decided to do something a bit different with the sketch – because I was looking at what shapes I could use instead of Hexagons.  Here is my card:

 

My little owls ended up a bit bigger than I had imagined and so they ended up taking up the whole card.

The other thing that is special about this card – is it’s my first ‘Card by Candlelight’!!   Hahaha!!

This week we have had quite a few Thunder/lightning storms and the power has been going off.   So I spent a couple of nights crafting in the dark.   I thought it came out OK considering.

JAI # 129 – Sketch Challenge

 

I’ve had a very quite time in the craft room lately – not much happening at all – there’s been holidays, sickness and just the need to have a little rest.  But I’ve been back in the craft room this week – pottering around.

I have put together a little card for the Just Add Ink Sketch Challenge this week.  Firstly – let me show you the Sketch.

I decided to flip the Sketch over and approach it from a different perspective……

This was fun and colourful to put together.  I’ve used the All in the Family and Just Beachy Stamp Sets.
