The 2nd Just Add Ink Challenge for 2019 is right here…….the idea with this one is to use the Inspiration Picture to inspire what ever you create…….

I decided to make a Water color background using the Brusho Powders…..

Here is the card I made:

You can’t really see in the photo – but the enamel dots that I used are very sparkly….I really love them.

Just Add Ink # 414 – Just Add a Window or Frame

Image may contain: text

Here’s the next fun Just Add Ink Challenge, # 414, suggest by Nikki.   Just Add a Window or a Frame to your project.    This Challenge has endless possibilities because you could Frame something on your card, or make a Frames Scrap booking layout or add a view from or into a window………
Here is the card I made:

No automatic alt text available.

I really enjoyed doing the emboss resist with the water-colour wash over the top – I used 3 colours in similar tones.  Blushing Bride, Grapefruit Grove, Calypso Coral.  The flowers are from the Perennial Birthday Stamp Set which I think is my new favourite.

So – dive through a frame or window into this challenge, share your creation with us at Just Add Ink.

JAI # 216 – Just Add Watercolour

This week the Just Add Ink Challenge has been suggested by Paula – Just Add Watercolour.   There are lots of ways to create water colour effects.  For this Challenge I decided to try something different, compared to other water colouring techniques I have used before.  Here is the card I did…..
DSC00174

I spritzed my water colour paper with water first and then stamped directly onto the wet paper.  As the paper dried the colours blended quite a bit.  So I stamped again over the top after it had dried a bit.

To get the clear sentiment I waited until the paper had dried completely – and then stamped the sentiment.

Watercolouring is very effective and fun to do – you should have a go.  Check out what the rest of the Just Add Ink Design Team have done.  And join our Watercolour Challenge.
