Yay – it’s Friday……oh my week has gone fast!   So, it’s time for the new Just Add Ink challenge.
This week Tina has suggested a fun challenge for us – Just Add…..M!

So that means, put together a project with anything that starts with the letter ‘M’.    So things like Monster, Mauve, Mothers Day…etc

I went with the theme of Just Add Magic.  Here is my card:
This card is actually based on one my sister gave me recently.  I stole her idea but changed it up a bit.

JAI # 249 – Sketch Challenge!

The Just Add Ink Challenge this week is a Sketch Challenge, provided by Tina.

I decided to do something a bit different with the sketch – because I was looking at what shapes I could use instead of Hexagons.  Here is my card:

My little owls ended up a bit bigger than I had imagined and so they ended up taking up the whole card.

The other thing that is special about this card – is it’s my first ‘Card by Candlelight’!!   Hahaha!!

This week we have had quite a few Thunder/lightning storms and the power has been going off.   So I spent a couple of nights crafting in the dark.   I thought it came out OK considering.

Just Add Ink # 85 – Baby Projects

Yesterday, I found out one of my friends is having a baby……. how exciting!  It’s been making me smile ever since.   So how timely is the Just Add Ink Challenge this week?  Cause it’s all about Baby Projects and Cards.  The Just Add Ink Design Team have made some beautiful Baby Cards and Projects……check them out here.  `But don’t forget to check my project out below…….

I used my little Owl Punch to make this Baby Card……. I think it would look equally great in Blue, Green or Lemon too…..

And…..Congratulations to my preggy friend…. I’m really happy for you and wish you a wonderful and healthy pregnancy and Baby.
