I’m playing along with Kelly’s Social Stamping again this week and the theme is War & Peace.
Today is Anzac Day in Australia and New Zealand. It is a national day of remembrance in both Countries that commemorates all Australians and New Zealanders who served and died in all wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations, along with the contribution and suffering of all those who have served.
Therefore, with a theme of War and Peace, my card today is an Anzac card.
I used a mix of chipboard, dies and inks to put my card together.
I also made another Poppy card, with my Poppy Moments Dies.
So what’s been happening in “Stay at Home World” this week…..well not much to be honest. Work, school holidays and more learning to communicate electronically.
Last week you may remember I mentioned I went for a walk at the local park – an found that I was the only one there.
Well in contrast, the following day, I walked a local ‘old’ railway track, which I found it very populated…..obviously everyone had the same I idea and went out for a walk.
We took the old car out for a drive and enjoyed the sunset on the way home.
And the seeds in our garden, sprouted……very exciting!!

Beautiful cards Chantell – the mixed media of the first one is very striking! I love all the photos of your adventures. We’ve seen lots of people out walking too while the weather is still good. It’s not a bad time of the year to be in isolation! Kelly x
