Just Add Ink #281 – Add your favourite 3 colours!

Well it’s nearly the end of the week again – and what a week!  It’s all been about work work work for me.  I feel like I have hardly been at home and I’m so glad it’s Friday tomorrow.

So being Friday – that means a fresh new Just Add Ink Challenge – and it’s a fun one this week that I know everyone can have a go at.

Just Add your favourite 3 colours!

Here’s my card:
Due to my big week at work, I decided to go for something fairly simplistic.  The colours I choose are Real Red, Island Indigo (blue) and Old Olive.

I chose these colours because:
Red – I like to wear Red, it’s a bold, confident colour
Old Olive – Years ago, when I first was introduced to Stamping Up Old Olive was one of the first colours I purchased.  I find I used it a lot on my projects.  And LOL – I had an Old Olive Sweat Shirt that I used to wear on Carding nights – funny!
Island Indigo – it’s Blue and I like Blue.

So join us at Just Add Ink for this Challenge.  It’s a fun Challenge with a fairly open theme.  Check out the rest of the Design Team projects too.

Awesome card. I like how you wove the pieces together to create such a great background and your colour pair up is fantastic! TFS.

Such a fun card, Chantell. I love the stories behind your colour choices. 🙂

Well I certainly wouldn’t have called this simple Chantell! The weaving and negative diecuts add stacks of detail. Love your backstory too. xxx
