Just Add Ink has a great sketch for you this week – I really enjoyed this one – and I can tell you the Design Team have put together some beautiful cards – you have to check them out.
The sketch was put together by Bronwyn Eastley.
Here is the card I made with it.
I just really really love these colours – aren’t they beautiful. They are Pool Party, Soft Suede, Calypso Coral, Very Vanilla and a little bit of Old Olive. The Stamps and DSP are from Sale-a-brations which is a collection of products that you can get for free.
As I said before – I really enjoyed working with this Sketch and I know I will be using it again. Click this Link to Just Add Ink to participant in this challenge and check out what everyone else is making with this sketch.
It’s Colour Combo time. Here are the colours, they are really beautiful………
At this time of the year while all the Kid’s are start a new year at school and all the Mum’s, around the Country breathe a sigh of relief – we at Just Add Ink are doing a Back To School Challenge.
For this Challenge – I have put together a little Back Pack Treat Bag and some Fridge Magnets.
I’ve used Garden Green and Crumb Cake for the Back Pack.
I covered the Magnets with Crystal Effects – it dries clear and really finishes them off nicely.
The day after I had finished these – I had them sitting on my Craft table – and went to get them to take a picture of them – but they were missing! Sarah! What have you done with my things? Of course – the Magnets were on the Fridge……and the Back Pack was with the Barbie Dolls!

Oh my Goodness…..it’s February already! Can you believe it? And you know what that means don’t you? Valentines Day. All those lovey cards, soft toys, over-priced flowers and surprise engagements………. ohhhh isn’t it lovely! Therefore, our Theme at Just Add Ink this week is Valentinesy – It’s a Red & White colour Combo.
For this Challenge – I was actually inspired be a card that had been given to me last month.
First I brayered a Heart shape with Real Red and Cherry Cobbler. Then I cut out several Butterflies in different Reds and then stuck them on. I decided not to add a Sentiment to this card at all – because I thought it could be used for a number of occasions.
