Over the weekend I participated in a CyberStamp with other SU Demonstrators around Australia. It was a great deal of fun. There were challenges set each day as well as games and chat’s to join in on.
The first challenge I worked on was a colour challenge set by Mel Sharp. The colours were So Saffron, Whisper White and Basic Grey. This is the card I put together.
I got a couple of the Challenges from Friday done. The first one was a Sketch challenge by Christine Healey. For this I used the In-colours and Circle Circus. I was really happy with the result – especially the back ground which is an idea I’ve had on my mind for a while.
Then I did the 3D challenge set by Tanya Kitto. This stationary folder started life as a Manila Folder. I used the Good Morning Sunshine DSP and Trendy Trees Stamp Set.
On Saturday I did another colour Challenge. (Set by Lisa Ryder) We used Riding Hood Red, More Mustard, Very Vanilla and Boarding Blue.
And the last one I did for the weekend was a Sketch challenge set by Tanya Kitto. For this I used the new Great Friend Stamp Set from the new Spring Mini Catalogue that comes out on 1st August.
So as you can tell…..I had quite a creative weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. I will definitely have a go at another CyberStamp one day.

Last week we did a lovely Project in our Class. Girly Gifts.
We used the Faux Silk Technique which looks great. Using the Sprinkles Stamp Set. We stamped on Tissue Paper, coloured it in and then glued it onto White Card. It looked great with the Pink Pirouette Card and Ribbon.
Here are a few close ups.
This is the Hand Soap.
These are the Soap that we did. I did two versions of them. Firstly with a Belly Band and the second was wrapped in Stamped Tissue. Both of them look lovely.
This is a little wallet with a Lip Balm inside. We stamped the inside with Sprinkles in Pink Pirouette.

For quite a number of years now, my friend Kim and I have shared our love of Stamping and Cardmaking. This is Kim.
Quite often, we will make something and then call past each others homes to show it off. But with me moving about 8500 miles away it’s kinda hard to just pop in. So instead we do Monthly Swaps by post.
In June we decided to do a lay-out swap. We chose 2 pages from the Stampin Up 2009-2010 Idea Book & Catalogue and here is what we came up with.
The first one was from Page 39.
Kim has used Garden Whimsy on this Card and has added some diamanties to Bling it up.
I used Fifth Avenue Floral with Baja Breeze & Chocolate Chip.
And the second card we did was from Page 88.
I really like the Colours that Kim has used on this Card. The Bravo Burgundy looks great next to the Old Olive. The stamp set is Upsy Daisy.
I was wrapped with this Card when it was finished. I love how the petals curled and hope they did not get squashed in the post. I have stamped with Pick a Petal onto Raspberry Tart DSP.

Each month my sister Nadine and I swap cards. We set ourselves a theme and make one or two cards to send to each other.
Our June Swap was an Inspiration Challenge. Nadine found a picture in a newspaper, which used for inspiration. Here is what we came up with.
This is Nadine’s card…
Here’s a close up of the Brads – Nadine has covered these in glass beads. Don’t they look cool.
Here’s my card. I’ve stamped with White Stays-on Ink onto Acetate.

I’ve just finished doing the cutest class….we did punch animals. I really enjoyed it and I think the ladies did too.
Project One was this little Froggy Treat Box. A great little gift or pick me up for someone.
Our second project was a Monkey Card. This is a copy of the Birthday Card that my sister Nadine did for Sarah this year. Thank you Aunty Noo Noo. It’s sooooo cute!
Special Thanks to Sarah too for letting me use her 1″ Circle Punch – as I don’t have one – yet!
PS: I really DO have a real frog in my garden too.
